The always lovely M'Shimmy is finally quitting her job! Yay!

In honor of this momentous occasion, we are throwing her a Big-Time Quittin' Party. It's gonna be fantabulous, so everybody should come and celebrate her liberation from obligatory insane overtime!

    M'Shimmy's Big-Time Quittin' Party
    with:
    *quittin' hot tub
    *quittin' homemade pie(s)
*quittin' whatever else we feel like doing.
    *quittin' movie? maybe.
*quittin' mariokart double dash? we can do that too.

when: Saturday, June 2, 7 p.m. until you go home
(you can go dancing any Saturday, but rarely is there a party such as this!)

where: our house (in the middle of our street)
1216 Charlton Ave, Salt Lake City.
Google it if you need directions, because technology is your friend.

bring: yourself, your very best black-tie swimming attire, and beverages or snacks, if you think you'll get thirsty or hungry.

Also bring: two job listings for secretarial/admin type jobs. (don't spend a ton of time looking tho)

    confused?
Sounds like a personal problem, but you can PM me if you want

Be there, or face the wrath of traci. [Emoticon not found]

UPDATE: Please bring two (2) job listings for secretarial/admin type jobs, if you get a chance. Preferably in the Salt Lake area. Besides local papers, Craigslist, Monster.com, and school web sites (like U of U and SLCC) are good places to look too. And don't spend a ton of time looking...ten minutes max.

    Thanks!

How much experience, specialized skills and what sort of degree does she have?

don't worry about that. honestly, don't spend a ton of time looking. the idea is that a bunch of people spending ten minutes looking will save michelle that much time looking, esp. since she's still working a ton.

so, if you have the time, jobs for some type of "boring desk job" will be fine, and we'll weed out what'll work and what won't. no computer nerd jobs, but something like unto "secretary," "administrative assistant," or "receptionist" will be probably be most relevant.

    thanks for asking!

so, m'shimmy and i have spent the past 2 days uncovering our backyard, and lo and behold, there is a cement slab suitable for a little dancing.

anyone interested in dancing that wants to bring their own stereo/sound system? we've got music, just no real speakers. we can sprinkle corn meal or something on the cement so it's a little easier on the knees...

just a thought. [Emoticon not found]
