Anybody else find that weird? I think there's a conspiracy going on here. They claim the words have nothing to do with each other, but they really do.

don't you have a hobby or something that should be occupying all of the time you're wasting trying to associate non-associated words?

dude. you've got a whole thread here for whining about the word disassociation thread. why do you have to be whining about it over there too?

i'm going to start pushing the little X button...

    breastfeeding?

I have nothing against it, just curious! I'd like to see explanations behind why people put down certain words.

    you're happier not knowing.

  8.

How do you people do this anyway?

Do you walk down the street or whatever and all of the sudden think "tiburon! I've gotta post tiburon in the word disassociation thread! gosh I hope no one has posted 'shark' recently1!!1!"

Or is it more like you click on the thread, and read all the new words, wondering to yourself things like "wow, breastfeeding! I wonder what T_Roach was thinking about!" then hit reply and type the first word that comes to mind? Do you go through several words in your head, picking the best one that will intrigue all who stop to read it?

Or is it a mix? Something else?

Do the previously posted words affect your post? If you read them, how could they not? By seeing the words, your very existence has changed. Heck, your IQ is probably lower so maybe it's easier to post nonsense in the thread.

Tiburon is also a peninsula with incredible views of San Francisco.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiburon%2C_California

It is next to my hometown, and I flew out to the Bay Area this past weekend. Well, okay, I went to Silicon valley, but still closer to home than I usally get.

  9.

    Cool.

Really though, I am making fun of the thread, but I'm really actually curious about the origin of the words...

About twice as far from campus as the old one.

Eh. I already had to drive to get there, so it's not that big of a difference.

sorry. i'm just excited that we found a place that will work (and that someone else didn't get it first).

if it helps, the old swing house was 2.1 miles from campus. the new house is about 3.5 miles from campus. so it's not that big of a difference...

That means it's a little bit closer to my house.

My parents live near I-15. I don't have to use University Parkway nor U. Avenue to go most places. Since the ProvoPoPo writes hundreds of tickets on U. Ave. every weekend, I don't like using it anymore.

My swing kids shirt, formerly white, is now baby blue. I've heard of the laundry doing this before, but the thing that mystifies me is "why now?" I mean, there's nothing in that load of laundry that hasn't been through 20 times already...
